Why should I try coaching?
Coaching is best for people who have personal or professional goals they’re serious about accomplishing. My sessions are designed to improve clarity and motivation. Sometimes it helps to get an outside view who listens keenly, and I can be that person.
What do you charge?
Hear me out. I use Giving What We Can’s ‘How Rich Am I” calculator to price my services equitably.
To determine your personalized price, enter your post-tax income in the GWWC calculator.

Are you trained in coaching?
I earned coaching certification at InsideTrack, the premier academic coaching firm in the United States. My approach draws ideas from strengths-based leadership, an equity lens, and consultative sales. What this means for you is–if I don’t help you move closer to your goals, then I lose sleep.
What’s your experience?
My professional background is mostly in teaching English in various countries. By 2021, I discovered that what I loved most about teaching was the 1:1 conversations that really moved people forward. I’ve worked with a wide range of young people and adults. Check out my LinkedIn for a summary of my career.
Can I talk to you about my mental health?
I am not qualified as a clinical psychologist or therapist, and am not able to treat any mental illness. If you’re facing a mental health crisis, I encourage you to work with a care provider licensed in your area.
That said, I am a caring human being who wants you to thrive. I strive to create a safe container where you can bring your whole self. I would be happy to support you with tools that may help support your mental wellness.
Why do you coach?
I’m most interested in working with people who are committed to higher social purposes, especially individuals who use reason and evidence to do the most good they can do. I believe that this is the best way for me to enable good social change.
Your Privacy
Sometimes it’s helpful to discuss matters that are sensitive for personal or professional reasons. I respect your right to privacy and welcome requests for discretion. I would not tell anyone that you’re working with me unless I gained your express permission.
Please know that coaching is not a profession bound by confidentiality regulations the way that, for example, therapy or legal services are.
If I have reason to believe that imminent harm to yourself or another person is a real risk, I may disclose any information that I believe would ensure people’s safety.
